Rebirth and manifestation of Karma
At the moment of conception the soul, also called Atman, starts forming the body and mind. This is done from the manuscript which was imprinted in the Book of Life. All information is taken from our past and all previous lives. If we have not entirely fulfilled the duties of our past incarnation we will have to learn the effects this had , by experiencing the other side. If in our past life our soul recognizes actions which brought benefit to others, we will be rewarded in our new life through being recipents of these same energies. Likewise, if our actions brought pain and suffering to others, we will have the opportunity to recieve similar treatment at the hands of others. Our lessons are most efficiently learned when associated with either physical or emotional pain and disease and sometimes, that is the only way we as humans learn. Isnt it so? |
